The IOA Network is an association of individuals who have worked in IOA and/or attended trainings on IOA.
Objectives of the IOA Network
- To promote and strengthen a transdisciplinary understanding of outbreak dynamics for an improved, appropriate, and more accountable response
- To provide adapted, context and country-specific support to partners to conduct IOA
- To create a community of practice where IOA experiences can be shared, capitalised, and used to support partners in their adaptation or application in multiple outbreak contexts
In practice, the IOA Network participates in regular webinars and workshops, contributes to the IOA Field Exchange, advocates for IOA within their organisations, structures, or countries and provides training, knowledge exchange and mentorship opportunities.
