MONITITO tool

The MONITITO tool is a smaller, more detailed version of the MONITO tool. It is designed to capture health risks, observations and their associated contributing factors and underlying causes, customized to each partner’s capacity. These tools are integral to the co-development of recommendations sessions with partners and form the core of MONITO. They facilitate streamlined discussions, promote evidence-based action development, and guide the entire process from planning through implementation, ensuring actions are based on collaborative analysis and realistic capabilities
